Monday to Thursday - 10am to 2:00pm - 4pm to 9pm

Friday - 4pm to 7pm

Saturday - 9:30am to 1:30pm

10:30am - Boxing for All 4:30pm - Youth Boxing 10:30am - Boxing for All

5:30pm - Karate/Kung Fu 6:30pm - Boxing for All 6:00pm - Kickboxing Class

7:00pm - *Boot Camp 300* 7:30pm - Ab's Class 7:00pm - *Grappling/Self Defense/Kung Fu*

Thursday Friday Saturday

4:30pm - Youth Boxing 4pm-7pm - Open 10:00am - Advance Boxing

6:30pm - Boxing for All 11:30am - Karate/Kung Fu

7:30pm - Ab's Class

All other times are called open Session for All. Come in exercise on your own, just along no classes are Schedule at that time.

Competition Rules

PRICES

One Time Enrollment Registration Fee of $40.00

Boxing & Kickboxing

$65.00 a Month - Cancel anytime, must pay 1st month and last month, unless automatic debiting on the 1st of each month.

3 Months - $150.00

6 Months - $260.00

1 Year - $420.00

Competition Boxing

$165.00 a Month, includes 4 - 1/2 hour private session a month with boxing trainer & classes.

Karate Classes includes 2 classes a week and 1 - 1/2 hour private a month

$90.00 a Month - Cancel anytime, must pay 1st and last month, unless automatic debiting on the 1st of each month.

3 Months - $225.00

6 Months - $390.00

1 Year - $660.00

All others Specialty Classes that have a * may have an additional fee to them.

Private Session - $60.00 1hr. non-members

Note: prices are subject to change at anytime

Daily Rates $15.00

Specialty Classes - Limited amount of people, come in early or book ahead
