Bonnie Personal Training Professional Profile

I have been Training and teaching since 1979 as a professional athlete in kickboxing and boxing.  I train professional athletes and regular people wanting to get in the best shape of their lives.  I am certified in various organizations in the fitness field and hold many titles/certifications, including the highest certification level which qualifies me as an Olympic-Level Trainer: 

Professional Experience

Canino’s Karate and Boxing Studio Dania, FL

Qualification/Responsibilities:

·         Teaches karate and self-defense to children and adults of all ages.

·         Actively assist and train people in heath management at my gym.

·         Implement and teach white collar boxing and other core conditioning classes.

·         International Experience as an Athlete and Athlete trainer.

·         Ability to identify athlete’s strengths and improve them, while working on strengthening an athlete’s individual weaknesses.

·         Develop personal and group training programs for Amateur and Professional Athletes for conditioning, timing and healthy training skills.

·         Organize National Boxing/kickboxing and Martial Arts tournaments.

·         Promoted 1^st South Florida All-Women’s Amateur Boxing Show, 1998.

Achievements:

·         13 years as a USA Boxing Coach

·         1999/2002 /2003/2004 Boxers won the USA Women’s Nationals and National Golden Gloves

·         2002 Boxer won the Silver Medal in the 2002 World Games

·         Hosted the 2003 Women’s USA Boxing National Championships and the 2006 Women’s National Golden Gloves.

·         Head Coach for Women’s International Dual
