Falls - Learn how to fall, when being thrown.

Rolling - Learn how to roll out of throws, falls, sweeps.

Blending - Learn to use opponents strength against them. They push, you Pull. 

Throwing - Learn to be in the right position to throw your opponent over.

Locks - Learn all the submission locks from hand, elbow, shoulder, leg, to nightly night locks.

Sweeps - Learn all the leg sweeps you can do in different position.

Tackles - Learn the right way to tackle and what to aim for.

Body Structure - Learn to keep that right structure as you move around so you can be in the right leverage to do your attack.

Balance - Learn how to get your opponent off balance.

Counter Moves - Learn that for every move there is a counter move, for every lock up there is a key (way out).
